How pricing works, what is covered, what we do if something is missed and how to book.
The price depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the condition of the property. Send us those details or give us a call, and we will quote one price in writing before anything is booked. That price does not move on the day.
The whole property, measured against a standard exit checklist: the kitchen including the oven and the inside of cupboards, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, blinds or shutters, skirting boards, light fittings and built-in wardrobes. Carpet steam cleaning is quoted separately because not every lease asks for it.
Tell us within three days of the clean and we return to redo that item at no charge. The terms are set out on our cleaning guarantee page.
Yes. Many apartment buildings in the Eastern Suburbs restrict move-out hours, ask for a booked lift or a loading bay, or need a concierge to sign trades in. Share the building rules when you book and we will schedule the clean inside them.
About a week is comfortable, and we often have room sooner, weekends included. Aim to have the clean finished the day before your final inspection so carpets are dry and nobody has walked fresh dirt through.
No. Plenty of tenants leave keys with the agent, a concierge or a lockbox. We will agree the handover with you when you book.
Yes. We clean apartments, townhouses, terraces and freestanding homes. Larger homes with several bathrooms and living areas simply take longer, so we ask for the room count when we price the job.
Yes. We bring everything, including the carpet steam machine. All we need is access to power and water.
Most jobs run between three and eight hours depending on the size of the property and how much it needs. We give you an estimate when we confirm the booking.
We are based at 18 Dryden St, Campsie and travel to Double Bay, Woollahra, Edgecliff, Bondi Junction and the rest of the Eastern Suburbs, as well as the city and harbour suburbs. The full suburb list is online, or simply ring and ask.
